Our “Petit Tendre” biscuit is inspired by le “Petit-Beurre”. The “Petit-Beurre” was baked for the first time in Nantes by Louis-Lefèvre Utile, a famous biscuit maker. The aim was to create a biscuit that could be eaten every day and at each moment of the day. It is a biscuit with a very ordinary taste, but it is widely enjoyed, especially among children.
